Printing and finishing feasibility depends on quantity, material, dimensions and artwork. Not every process is suitable for every starting quantity.
Choosing your packaging
Specify the surface before choosing the label.
Match the adhesive to the pack
A sticker used to close tissue and a label applied to a coated box need different checks. Share the surface material and whether the label should be removable or permanent. An application sample is useful when the surface is textured, curved or coated.
Confirm shape, artwork and finish
Provide the finished size, shape and logo file. Small text, thin lines, foil and a custom cut shape should be reviewed at actual size. A digital preview checks the layout; a printed sample checks the material and finish.
Choose sheets or rolls for your workflow
Hand packing may use loose stickers or sheets, while another application process may need rolls. Tell us how the labels will be applied and stored. For rolls, confirm the core, winding direction and label spacing with the production team before ordering.

Material samples, plain structural samples or fully printed samples can be arranged depending on what needs to be approved.
Typical Lead Time
Sampling is approximately 7–14 days. Bulk production is approximately 20–35 days after sample and artwork approval.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per item for most custom specifications. Some special structures, materials or finishing processes may require a higher MOQ.

Can logo stickers be used as tissue seals?
Yes, subject to checking the paper surface and adhesive. Provide the tissue and intended closing method so the sticker can be reviewed for that application.

Sticker sheets and roll labels can be reviewed. Tell us the application method and required format; roll specifications need to match the equipment or packing workflow.
