Choose the box structure before the finish.
Rigid boxes for presentation
Paper-wrapped greyboard can be reviewed for drawer, magnetic and lid-and-base boxes. These structures suit products where the opening experience matters. Confirm the internal dimensions and insert first: a larger box can change both the product fit and the packed shipping volume.
Folding cartons for retail packaging
A folding carton uses a scored and folded paperboard structure. Review the board, closure, print coverage and assembly method together. A dieline defines the panels and folds; artwork needs to follow the approved structure rather than a general box illustration.
Mailer boxes for ecommerce
Corrugated mailer boxes can provide an outer pack for ecommerce orders. The specification should account for the product, its presentation packaging and any cushioning. Share the complete packed contents and delivery method when requesting a quotation.
Check dimensions and freight together
State whether the size you provide is an internal or external box size. Review a plain sample, the carton quantity and whether boxes travel assembled or flat. Unit price alone does not show the full delivered cost of a bulky packaging order.

Typical Lead Time
Sampling is approximately 7–14 days. Bulk production is approximately 20–35 days after sample and artwork approval.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per item for most custom specifications. Some special structures, materials or finishing processes may require a higher MOQ.

What is the difference between a rigid box and a folding carton?
A rigid box normally uses a stiff board core wrapped in paper. A folding carton is formed from folded paperboard and can often be supplied flat. The best choice depends on the product, presentation, assembly and shipping requirements.
Should I give internal or external box dimensions?
Specify which dimensions you are providing. Product fit is reviewed against usable internal space, while carton packing and freight depend on the packed external dimensions.
