Printing and finishing feasibility depends on quantity, material, dimensions and artwork. Not every process is suitable for every starting quantity.
Choosing your packaging
Coordinate the printed pieces in one brand direction.
List every printed component
Create a list of the care cards, thank-you inserts, hang tags, stickers and other pieces needed for the collection. State the finished size, quantity and artwork version for each. Different texts, sizes or languages may need separate production specifications.
Review print behavior across materials
Coated card, uncoated paper, kraft stock and label material do not reproduce a design in the same way. Share color references and identify the most important brand elements. A sample review helps assess the printed appearance rather than relying only on a screen preview.
Approve information before production
Check the care wording, product names, barcodes and QR links against the intended collection. Confirm hole positions and attachment details for hang tags. Any certification statement or authenticity wording must be supplied and supported by your brand before it is printed.

Sampling
Material samples, plain structural samples or fully printed samples can be arranged depending on what needs to be approved.
Typical Lead Time
Sampling is approximately 7–14 days. Bulk production is approximately 20–35 days after sample and artwork approval.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per item for most custom specifications. Some special structures, materials or finishing processes may require a higher MOQ.

Can different printed items be coordinated in one project?
Yes. Each item receives its own dimensions, quantity and artwork approval, while colors and finishing are reviewed as part of the wider packaging direction.
What artwork files should I send?
Editable vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF are preferred. Include fonts or outlined text, final wording and any color references so size, layout and print requirements can be checked.
