Printing and finishing feasibility depends on quantity, material, dimensions and artwork. Not every process is suitable for every starting quantity.

Choose a fabric for the intended use
Cotton and canvas, velvet, polyester and RPET options have different textures and printing behavior. Tell us whether the pouch holds jewelry, a fashion accessory or a gift, and whether it sits inside another box. A fabric swatch helps review the feel and base color before a finished sample.
Allow space below the closure
The finished outer size is not the same as the usable packing space. A drawstring channel, seams and the product thickness affect the fit. Provide the product dimensions and check a sample with the real item before approving a bulk size.
Confirm logo placement and sampling
Screen printing, transfer printing, woven labels or embroidery can be reviewed for the selected fabric. Share the artwork, logo dimensions and preferred position. Sampling should check the print, sewing, drawcord and fit together, particularly when the pouch is part of a coordinated jewelry or accessories set.

Sampling
Material samples, plain structural samples or fully printed samples can be arranged depending on what needs to be approved.
Typical Lead Time
Sampling is approximately 7–14 days. Bulk production is approximately 20–35 days after sample and artwork approval.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per item for most custom specifications. Some special structures, materials or finishing processes may require a higher MOQ.

Can a pouch be supplied with a matching box and card?
Yes. Pouches, boxes and printed inserts can be coordinated in one project, with specifications and quantities reviewed separately for each item.
How should I specify the pouch size?
Send product dimensions and your preferred finished width and height. We also review the usable space below the closure and the seams; a physical fit check is recommended before approving production.
