Printing and finishing feasibility depends on quantity, material, dimensions and artwork. Not every process is suitable for every starting quantity.
Choosing your packaging
Plan a packaging set across several suppliers.
Start with the product and sales plan
List the products being packed, the expected launch quantity and the sales channel. A retail box, a fabric pouch and a shipping mailer serve different purposes. Define what each item needs to do before choosing materials or decorative finishes.
Separate the quantities for each item
A set of 500 boxes, 500 pouches and 500 cards is three separate production items. The MOQ normally applies to each item and design, rather than the combined total. Share your intended quantities so the quotation can show each component separately.
Coordinate approvals and delivery
Wanxin Pack organizes specifications, artwork checks, sampling, production follow-up and packing details through one China-side contact. Confirm how the components fit together, when each item must be ready and whether they need to ship in the same consignment.

Material samples, plain structural samples or fully printed samples can be arranged depending on what needs to be approved.
Typical Lead Time
Sampling is approximately 7–14 days. Bulk production is approximately 20–35 days after sample and artwork approval.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per item for most custom specifications. Some special structures, materials or finishing processes may require a higher MOQ.

Can several packaging items share one quotation?
Yes. Boxes, pouches, cards, tissue and mailers can be listed in one project quotation, with the quantity and specification of each item shown separately.
Does a 500-piece order include 500 complete packaging sets?
The standard MOQ is 500 pieces per item. A complete set containing a box, pouch and card requires a separate quantity for each component; the final specification and MOQ are confirmed in the quotation.
