Printing and finishing feasibility depends on quantity, material, dimensions and artwork. Not every process is suitable for every starting quantity.
Choosing your packaging
Size the bag around the complete retail order.
Confirm the usable width, gusset and height
List what the customer carries in the bag, including any presentation box or wrapped product. Share the packed dimensions and an example arrangement. The gusset and usable opening matter as much as the overall height, especially when a rigid gift box needs to fit inside.
Review paper and handle construction
Kraft, coated and uncoated papers give different appearances and print results. Paper handles, rope and ribbon handles also change the construction. Include the expected contents and weight so reinforcement and handle attachment can be reviewed with the supplier.
Check the artwork on the finished bag
Provide the final logo, print position, color reference and finishing requirements. Review front, back and side panels on the approved structure. A sample can help check the print, handle attachment, folds and fit together before bulk production.
Coordinate bags with the rest of the set
Paper bags can be quoted alongside boxes, tissue, printed cards and seals. Keep a separate quantity and specification for each component. Match the visual direction through relevant samples, and confirm how the bags are packed for delivery and stored before use.

Typical Lead Time
Sampling is approximately 7–14 days. Bulk production is approximately 20–35 days after sample and artwork approval.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per item for most custom specifications. Some special structures, materials or finishing processes may require a higher MOQ.

Yes. Paper bags, boxes and wrapping can be coordinated in one project, with individual sizes, quantities and artwork approvals for each component.
What dimensions should I provide for a paper bag?
Send the preferred finished width, gusset depth and height, together with the packed product dimensions. If you do not have a final bag size, provide photographs and a packing reference so the fit can be reviewed.
Which handle styles can be reviewed?
Paper handles, cotton or polyester rope handles and ribbon handles can be reviewed against the bag construction and intended contents. Final feasibility depends on the paper, size and specification.
