Define what the card needs to communicate
A thank-you card, care guide and product information insert can share a visual direction while serving different purposes. Prepare the final wording and identify any variants by product or language. Match the card to the packaging
Confirm the finished size against the pouch, box or mailer. Paper thickness, texture, coating and finishing affect the feel of the card and the appearance of the print. If a handwritten note is planned, review a sample with the pen and paper surface you intend to use.
Review small text and QR codes at actual size
Check the artwork, trim area and readability before printing. Test any QR code using the final layout and destination link. Separate approval of the text and artwork helps avoid carrying an outdated care instruction or web address into a repeat order.

Typical Lead Time
Sampling is approximately 7–14 days. Bulk production is approximately 20–35 days after sample and artwork approval.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per item for most custom specifications. Some special structures, materials or finishing processes may require a higher MOQ.

Yes. The design direction can be coordinated across the set. Paper and fabric can render colors differently, so relevant material and printed samples should be reviewed together.
Can I add a QR code to a packaging insert?
Yes. Supply the final QR code or link and approve the artwork. Test the code at its intended printed size before production.
